Can we install the Silverlight developer tools on Visual Web Developer Orcas or does it just work on the whole Visual Studio Orcas?

The requirements state:
Microsoft Visual Studio codename "Orcas" Beta 1
Since the express editions are only CTPs, I'm guessing the answer is no.
Too bad since the express download is on ~1GB while the Professional download is a full 5.5GB.

The Silverlight Tools alpha is only for VS Pro or VSTS. The tools use functionality not in the Express SKU (multi-project solutions, for example) which would make the Express SKU experience not very useful.

Interesting. I'm trying to install the dev tools in the Orcas beta 1 virtual machine with no luck. Posted about it in the Visual Studio forum. The VM does include the VSTS edition of Visual studio.
