Silverlight sound problem (bsod type sound bug when your computer crashes)

I uploaded the weird sound it makes when you try to use a company's own silverlight program. (in this case, it's www.katsomo.fi)

Browser silverlight works but when you try to use an independant company's silverlight program the audio bugs like that. What to do?

Do you mean the sound plays weird in a Silverlight application, or something else? 

What Silverlight page causes the problem?

Does this only happen for a specific application only?

Does this only happen for a specific machine only?
