How can I Make a Simple Portal like the game(Portal and Portal 2)

Question

I would like to make two ovals on the screen appear when the User Click on the ComboBox (make thier selections) and the TextBlock will fall into one Portal and a new textblock will come out of the other Oval with the new information.

Any help would be great.

You can create all the elements at runtime.

For how to draw a shape, follow this:

And I suggest to use Blend to create these object model.
