Having problems remote debugging on a Mac

I'm following the instructions here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc903948(VS.95).aspx I created the exe on my mac, and ran it on the PC, but when I click attach to process I only have default available, not remote. Any ideas?
