Debugger hung for Silverlight Application

Question

I installed the Silverlight extension for Orcas, and can then debug the Sivlerlight Application. But the following step will hang the debugger: Ctrl+F5 to launch the Silverlight in the browser then using F5 will hang both the browser and the Orcas.
