Attempting to access page: http://research.microsoft.com/apps/tools/tuva/index.HTML received initial message: Sorry, Silverlight for your browser is not supported. Clicking, I installed Silverlight 5, with no problems and validation says OK. W7 sp1 64bit, IE9 (9.0.8112.16421), W7 (6.1.7601) 8Gb RAM.
Same fail after install and validation of Silverlight 5....!?!?!?!
Solution or suggestions?
TIA

Hi Roggers,
I think This link Required Silverlight 2. because this page checking silverlight 2 is installed or not.
try to download silverlight 2 from below link
http://www.oldapps.com/silverlight.php?old_silverlight=2

Hi,
I did have the same problem. It happened for IE 64bit, but not on IE 32Bit, or other browser. If possible try it on browser other then IE 64bit
Have fun

Hi Roggers,
Welcome to silverlight forum!
I have tried to reproduce your issue and found out that it worked well locally. But some very old AMD processors aren't supported as Silverlight requires the SSE instruction set. For details, please check the link below:
In addition, you can try to access the page using another browser and see whether it works.
Best wishes,
