Show Filter Choice : Render Failed

Question

Hi,
I have a large list and item created into subfolder. Total item count is more than 9500 and also crossed 2000 inside some of sub folders.

Some of our users get error when they trying to Filer out on any column though it was working 3 days back.

When end user click "Show Filter Choice" it gives error i.e "<Render Failed>". I have examine Event Viewer where captures many errors related to database error (Unknown SQL Exception 1087 occured. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.

Must declare the table variable "@_scopeTbl".
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'with'. If this statement is a common table expression or an xmlnamespaces clause, the previous statement must be terminated with a semicolon.

Surprisingly system account is still able to filter any views on any column.

Please provide solution ...I am really frustrated..
