That just means that the file type is not blocked for upload. Unless there is an iFilter installed for the file type, only the file name and library columns will be indexed for search, not the file content.

Get an iFilter. Here is one source (there are several) for na MHT iFilter: http://ifilter.org/Links.htm
Follow the steps in the link you listed. (or do a more general search on installing new iFilters.)

- What are the file types?
Are you searching for keywords in the contents of the files, or just title and library column data?
Is your search service even running? (can you find any other content from search?)
Out of the box SharePoint indexes the contents only a few file types. Here's a partial list: Word, Excel, PPT, text, HTML, help...
Not in this list are PDF, WordPerfect, Visio and most others.
You can add support for other file types by installing iFilters for each file type.
Also, SharePoint is security trimmed. If you don't have rights to the documents you will not find them with search.
