    Hi,

I suspect it takes excess time for the index crawler to index documents in specific document libraries.

Is there any way to find how long it takes for a crawler thread to index an specific document – or  url?

    Thank you,

    Hi Allan49,

We are unable to check the index time on a specific document or document library and we can only get the Total Execution Time for each site collection from Unified Logging Service Logs.

    Hi Emir,

The link you sent shows how to track query performance.

I am looking to find the indexing time in most granular level possible. Is there any way to do that?

    Thank you,

    Hi Allan,

When a document is crawled in the ULS it is not referenced by its name.  It is given a document object ID number.  There is no direct way of determine how long a document objects take to index from the ULS logs since the map of the document object id is not listed in the ULS.
