AnswerPublishing Infopath

    I do not have a server and am trying to allow my workers to fill the form I created and send it back to me, what is the best way to do this, I do have a web site , they do not have infopath

    You can't do it without SharePoint.  That is the only way to utilize browser-enabled forms.  For your users to interact with your form without SharePoint, they all would have to have InfoPath (the minimum version that the form template was saved as).  InfoPath is a built-in part of the Office suite, so it often times is already paid for unless you have a lower Office suite that doesn't include it.
