- Yeah, if it's just some users, then make sure there is nothing special about the few bad users. They have to have a variable that is different. I would still check the browser security zone, see if it happens with other Office documents, and see what version of office they have relative to those who have no issues.

- Make sure those users have the SharePoint site in the Local Intranet zone or Trusted Sites zone? Also, make sure that in the browser security settings, the radio button is checked for "login with current username and password."

- Hi Cobb,
Thanks for your reply.
Users are able to open sharepoint site without any promt. in particular when they opens the infopath form its ask for credentials.
Even they enter correct user id and password its not accepting. but cancelling the login window for several time forms get loaded.
Thanks,
Neeut
neetu - Office has a separate authentication that doesn't get passed from SharePoint in certain situations. Are these users connecting from outside the network, or are they directly on the network? Does this happen with other Office documents in your SharePoint environment? Is Client Integration turned on?
SharePoint Architect || My Blog - Hi Cobb,
Users are directly on the network.
i need to check with users are they facing this with other office document
This happens only for some users so Client integration must be turned on. How to check Client integartion settings?
Thnks,
