    Hi folks,

We downgraded from MOSS 2007 to WSS 3.0, and we are in the process of cleaning up the farm a little bit.
The farm is stable, but some leftover from MOSS are still present, some of them are the invalid "site collection features", see image #1 below.

I run the stsadm -o uninstallfeature -force -filename "SignaturesWorkflow\Feature.xml" command, and it completed successfully, but the Collect Signature Workflow still shows up in the site collection features list :(

If I have to manually remove it from some XML/config files, please suggest so and pointing out which files.

Also, under Site Settings, we see these broken $Resources: links which point to some MOSS ASPX pages not present in WSS 3.0 -see image #2 below
How do I clean them up?

    Your help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    ...Alex

I don't think that downgrades are supported.

I would have created a new copy of WSS 3.0 on a new server and then moved sites and possibly lists via Save Site/List as Template. If the use of the template works than OK. If not then it contains MOSS only things.
    FAQ sites: (SP 2010) http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com; (v3) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com and (WSS 2.0) http://wssv2faq.mindsharp.com
Complete Book Lists (incl. foreign language) on each site.

    Mike,
Yes, you are right we didn't downgrade per se. What I meant was we went from MOSS to WSS :) migrating site collection by site collection from MOSS to a clean WSS farm. However, there are still leftovers as mentioned on the original post.

How do you suggest to remove those MOSS features from the WSS farm? I don't know where else to look :(

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

I gotta confess, I was skeptic about just restarting IIS services, but it worked! :)
The "Collect Signature Workflow" is gone from the site collection features... thanks!

Any clue about the links on the "site settings" page? Maybe I gotta try to edit it with MS Designer...what do you think?
