I need a fillable form (or a table that can be populated) on our SharePoint homepage.  I need users to either fill in and submit answers via email; or they can fill in the information and it remains displayed on the page.

    • I've exhausted the InfoPath (2010) route, as it appears that my co. administrators have blocked that feature (or at least removed the ability to load brower-enabled forms).
    • I found html code for a form that I can place in the Content Editor, but the information disappears when I navigate off the page.

Do you know a clever work-around to this issue?  My version of SharePoint is "Windows SharePoint Services 3.0" on Windows XP.  (I do not have SharePoint Designer.)

    Thank you.

What version of SharePoint are you using?

Sorry, yes, you mentioned, I read that too swiftly.

Have you tried a list that has a datasheet view as its default?  This ensures everyone can just enter a new entry as a row

Or, you could use a page capture web part on the submission form for that list / table

Steven, the datasheet view worked well for my needs.  THANK YOU!  I've also added it in page viewer on the home page.  Question:  Is there any way to have just the datasheet display - without the Quick Launch, page title, and breadcrumb info displaying?
