Sharepoint Excel Services - Fails for one user

Question

Excel Web Services is working for everyone except for one.  So it is a local computer issue.
Trouble is, I can't find the add-in or software or ??? that will correct the problem.

One user goes to the site/tab for Reporting (where there is excel services) and locks up.  Typically can see it start to loac but never gets any farther.
Everyone else is working fine.
I have all windows updates, java, flash, repaired office and still nothing.  Didn't want to start disabling add-ins before asking for help.

We had a failure to convert problem when user tries to open an excel document.  The only thing that fixed it was go to Add/Remove programs, browse to the Microsoft Office installation and do a repair.
