Can list box of MOSS2007 sends email for each account?

Hi, I have a question about list box of MOSS2007 function to send email to each account. I would like to equip it on MOSS site. Anyone let me know which list box I should choose and how to set parameters of the list box.

assuming you mean "list", not a "list box", I still need more details to help you: what kind of message you are going to send, what are conditions to trigger message sending? please describe scenario in more details

Would you let me describe my scenario as following.

I would like to send email for each account user, when one user would post message as notice of group ivents into "list box" which is moss2007 web part.
Therefore waht should I set parameter as email address of each account user on moss2007 site?

Is this explanation of what I want to do for you?

Hi,

 

I do not know what is the “list box” web part, if it is a 3^rd party web part, you need to contact the vendor to know how to use of it.

 

If it is a OOB web part, you need to let me know the web part name.

To be honest, I do not know which web part could send mail for you.

Hi, thank you for replies.

My point is that, one user of moss2007 would post his message as notice or information for all account user of same moss2007 and then the post acction would send email regarding his message to all account user of moss2007.

Is this my exlanation helpful to understand my point?
