Why I can't connect to my publishing portal I created?
- I created a publishing portal for a project. I created some users to be able to sign-in to the portal site.

- I suggest you do some background research about working with SharePoint before diving right in. It's a large product and takes some investment of time trying to learn how to use it.
If your job is to adminster the site, I recommend you buy and read "Office SharePoint Server 2007: Administrator's Companion" by Bill English.
