    Hi All,

My web site is new created. The problem is that the end users are unable to access my site. I have added the users to the site members group. But if I added the users to site collection administrators, then they can access the site!

The error info is the classic acccess denied page. The page also let me use another account to login.

I did following works before publishing the site to end users. I use site collection administrator account did the followings.

Created few master pages via SharePoint Designer 2007, and deployed the master pages to the home site and some sub sites.
Created some page layout via SharePoint Designer 2007, and deployed the master pages to the home site and some sub sites.
    Created some sub sites.

Is this because I developed custom master pages and page layouts? What should I do if so?

    Best Regards,
    Wei Zhou

    Hi there.

If I understand correctly, you have this problem only with your customized master pages?

Does your custom master page refer any images and/or other resources that your user don't have access to?

    Regards,
    Magnus
