Filtering a Custom List Edit Form with a DataView

Question

I'm Trying use a filter a Custom List Edit Form with a Single item View by a Question #. Any help would be great.

Is this an out of the box web part or a custom web part ?

If it is an out of the box you created it using sharepoint designer ?

It's a custom SharePoint Designer Edit List Form....for the Answer and a Custom item form for the Question.

They have implemented the queryu string on new item form but basically its the same idea :)

I'll try that with the edit form but, I don't think it will work with the edit form.

As soon as I add the param Query string to my Edit Custom List form, all my fields go away. Any ideas?
