how i can setup infrastructure level of board discussion

How i can setup the infrastructure level for the board discussion , because not all incoming emails drop to the board discussion

Hi

Since not all incoming emails drop to the discussion board, you should check the Email Security policy of discussion board by going to “Discussion Board Settings” -> "Incoming email settings” -> "Email Security policy”.
If you’ve enabled “Accept email message based on discussion board permissions”, emails sent by users who have write permissions can be able to drop to the list.

If it is not the case, please compare the erroneous email message with those emails that work to nail down this issue.
