Picture not showing as per user profile image address

Question

Hello All,
I have some users whose image are not displaying in user and group list. I went to user profile and see the picture address and all of them are derived from My site profile picture. But when I go to user and group list I see the picture image something else. How can I change the url image to profile image url.

Is the profile info just out of date and not sync'ing with the SSP?

run the command stsadm -o sync -listolddatabases 0 and see if the site collection is in the list.

Yes it is synched. I did manuual sync as well. Still same issue.
