Your licence for Office Server Search has expired.

Question

We are running Sharepoint 2007. Since this week we are getting the following error message when we try to initiate a Search:

Your licence for Office Server Search has expired.

We did not make any changes. Any ideas where this message comes from?

I just ran the Sharepoint Configuration Wizard on the Sharepoint server. But to no avail.

Installing the October 2009 Cumulative Update Package for WSS3 and MOSS 2007 fixed this issue.
