    Hi,

    We develop a Virtual Server Management panel where users can install any OS on their Virtual Servers using our Panel.

    Now we distribute Linux OS Templates with it. I would like to know if its LEGAL to make an OS Template of a Virtual Server of Windows 2008 Server for easy provisioning and make it available to the users.

    Would it be against the EULA of Server 2008 ?

    Each virtual server will be licensed seperately. This template will just be used to provision the Virtual Servers.
