Dll Error while loading module

Question

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with a software program on our server when i try to approach a module from the programm, it gives me the following error.

"Module "program path/ModFlow_Omnipage15.dll can't be loaded, Can't DLL KernelAPI.dll load, the given procedure can't be found (exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)"

I have tried the following steps to repair this issue:

1. copy the 2 dll's in the error from a working server and put them in the directory
2. Try to register the 2 dll's, gives me the following error when i try to load KernelAPI.dll "Can't load 'KernelAPI.dll"
3. Try to register a KernelAPI.dll that works on another server
4. Try to startup the install of the programm and run the repair setup.

All these steps didn't lead to the solution and i'm abit stuck, could you guys help me?
