Active Directory Federation Services - Is this commercially available?

Active Directory Federation Services - Is version 2.00 commercially availalbe?  Or some other version?  I see 2.0 step by step guide published Dec 2009, version 1.1 Author Nick Person, editor Jim Becker - Title of document: "AD FS 2.0 Federation with a Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) Application Step-By-Step Guide" - on page 3 states - may change before commercially available.

Is 2.0 commercially available?  If not - when will ADFS be commercially available.
