Task Manager process list disappears

Question

On a Windows 2003 Server Standard 32-bit system with /PAE and /3GB mods in boot.ini and 8GB RAM (this is a heavily used server where the memory goes to 5.5GB+ often), in Task Manager the process list at some point just disappears. I have no idea why really but think it may have something to with lack of resources on this system or ability to use them. The process don't appear in Process Explorer of Pslist either.

Has anyone ever seen a problem like this? I've researched online and found nothing. I'm not even sure exactly how to research this.

Ok, thanks and will do in the future. Turns out "/3GB /userva=2970" works perfectly. So the problem is solved.
