Install Script for OCSP and SCEP for Server 2008

Question

I work for a very large company and we have to build a lot of CA machines. Since each machine has to have a different unique CA we have to install the OCSP and SCEP each time after the CA install. I noticed there is now a script to install the CA under 2008 but is there a script to install and set-up the SCEP and OCSP roles in Window Server 2008? I know there is the "servermanagercmd.exe" command to install the role. But I need to actually do the set-up for the role.
