QuestionSBS 2008 - Close open files without admin access

We have a client that recently upgraded to SBS2008 and when they had 2003 we had delegated permissions to allow the Admin and company owner the rights to see who had files opened and kill them if they were stuck sessions. We had created a script that they could use to be able to run a file manager session so they could see who had the files opened and ones that were closed but still showed open could be ended. This client has a lot of files and this is a constant issue with them. We are finding with SBS 2008 the only option is to grant full domain admin access which would not be the preferred method to resolve this.

    Any one have another option?

    Thanks for you time
    Trish G.
