I have ben trying to reactivate my account firstname.lastname@example.org for the past few days but the email which shows up for the receipt of the code is not in use by me.
I have changed the passsword multiple times through the sign in page through my mobile details but reactivation is not possible since everytime the page says 'how would you like to enter the code' and doesnt give any other option apart from the email not in use by me.
I find this strange that since I can and I am able to change my passwrod whenever i want through the sign in page which gives me options of receving the code through my mobile device but the reactivation page does not.
Kindly help me out
