Timestamp with Utc?

Question

Observable.Timestamp() has DateTimeKind.Local, is it possible to get Utc?

Another option would be to use a DateTimeOffset in place of a DateTime in the Timestamp<T>, which would give you the best of all worlds (local time, UTC time, and original timezone time) in a single property.
