First Robot

Question

Hello World !

This is my first scratch to start with robotics, though I am a programmer, I've never tried to work with these folks. I just tried to go thru the stuff on Microsoft website, at begging, and  came to know about some cool stuff, Kinect, MARK keywords.

Basically, I want to start from a very basic one, and also the cheaper in cost. Would anyone please take a moment for kick-start, I'd really appreciate that.

Thank so much, Harshvardhana ! This link has definitely solved one of my problems after creating SecuritySettings.xml. Now I am trying to create a demo application [ Ref: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb483050.aspx ] but, at the end of the day, I am able to see only the Dashbord, and not the Simulator screen, that I see in the demo applications, installed with MRDS.

+1, I don't have joystick, is it must to have ?
