Answered Post to MSDN forums from Android Phone

I use MSDN forums extensively... I also use Android Phone (Ice Cream Sandwich).

I notice that from the phone browser the editor does not work.

Has anyone been able to successfully use (read/post) to MSDN forums by their Android phones?

Is there an App for it?

Do we have a bug on this? Forums currently don't work with Android Phone.

Is it a browser issue? What's the default browser for AP?

    Thanks!

    Okay, so the next questions...

    - Does this issue exist on desktop Chrome?

    - Does this issue exist on other mobile browsers (iPhone, iPad)?

Anybody been able to verify with those?

    Thanks!

I use desktop chrome. Although the editor is not as smooth on chrome as it is on IE, it is acceptable and can be used without a problem

On my HTC OneX Android Ice Cream sandwich, I cannot type inside the question box.

BTW, is there a programmatic API which allows us to post questions? I can try to write a app just like the windows 7 widget which you guys have written.

There are a series of bugs logged on mobile browsers right now. Do we have this Android Chrome bug logged?

    Thanks!

     Answered

    I submitted the bug request.

UPDATE: It's now logged as a separate bug than the other mobile bugs. We hope that iPad/Safari will have an improvement with this week's release. We'll also be curious about whether it postively affects Adroid Chrome.

    Thanks!
