How to delete a question from forum

What is the procedure to delete a question from this forum

How do I delete my posts? 

To delete your post, go to the thread's page and click the Delete located next in the tool strip beneath the post, click Delete, type the reason for deletion, and then click OK. To cancel the deletion, click Cancel. Note that you will not be able to delete the post if the post has one or more replies. In such cases, submit a request for deleting the post to the moderator. You can delete any posted reply as long as it is not marked as an answer or proposed answer. To work around this, you can unmark it as an answer first. However, the thread can only be deleted if there were no replies to it or the user is a moderator.

If nobody replied to the question yet, you can delete it using Delete button. If someone already replied, then only moderators of the forum will be able to delete it (and will have to delete first all replies). So, if that question already received replies, you're out of luck.

I couldn't find any delete option even after marking as "Unpropose as Answer".

Also in some other MSDN forums, even "Mark as Answer" as well as "Delete" option could not be seen.

The Delete button is at the very top (in the top toolbar). Does this question already have answers? Can you please give a link to the thread you want deleted? Are you the original poster?
