What happended to online symbols - site seems to be down

When I try to access http://referencesource.microsoft.com/symbols, I get bad request.  Or is this expected from the browser because the site is only programmatically accessible?

Here is the info that you will find (Item #13):

13) Can I point a web browser at the symbols URL and download the symbols directly?

   No, you'll get an HTTP 400 (Bad Request) response.
