This is not the same as: https://profile.microsoft.com/RegSysProfileCenter/wizard.aspx?wizid=bd768538-3f84-43fc-b191-b9634f6cfab8
The issue I am having is that after I click the Register button and complete the web form, the web form simply disappears and nothing happens. Any hints as to what I may be doing wrong?
Some more info:
It looks as if the registration form is just an embedded IE control. I navigated to that same URI in different browsers and both give me a message after I complete the form that says:
You must complete the Windows Embedded Developer Update registration before you can start getting update notification.

Tuesday, July 05, 2011 3:18 PMI had to switch the form from not agreeing to be contacted to agreeing to be contacted, and then it worked. I wish they didn't have that answer if they weren't going to allow it.

Tuesday, July 05, 2011 3:27 PMYou are absolutely correct. It forced me to agree to be contacted in order for the registration to work successfully. If you opt out and submit the form it simply closes with no error message. I doubt this is a way to force people to accept though and may be a simple bug on the website. It is a waste of their time for them to contact me when I don't want to be contacted. Does anybody know if these forum posts are monitored for possible bugs?

MS doesn't have staff that monitors this forum. Developers are focussed on WES8 so the fixes will be made for WES8.
