Corrupt Toolkit and x64 downloads

Downloaded and tried to install toolkit now close to 30 times... toolkit install for x64 only goes horribly bad every time. Usually an issue copying an antimalware.cab file however...
I was able to resolve this in the past by avoiding physical media and mounting the ISO's as a "cd drive" directly. This no longer works.
I've re-burned the x64 win embedded std. 7 dvd about 4 times now using various utils to no avail.
Often receiving corrupt file issues simply unpacking the ISO from the RAR.
wtf is going on. Should I not be installing the x64 version only? Even complete installs of toolkit fail.
Any help appreciated!

I didn't had any problems. I used Opera for download the "eval" sources from:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsembedded/en-us/downloads/download-windows-embedded-standard-7.aspx
The eval binaries are the same as the retail. - retails just provides the key for the 180days nag-screen.I only can recommend to try downloading with some downloadmanager.
