WEDU updates not very informative...

Question

In reality, now that I have a working image I am loath to let WEDU do anything at all. (Especially after it broke stuff last time) But even on a good day, you have excellence like this one:

Update for Windows Embedded Standard 7 (KB2786400) ...  "usp10 update for Windows 7"

kb2786400 Something about ligatures in arabic fonts. No mention of what usp10 is at all.

At least there is a .net 4.5 update thing. But its only 100k. and the description of that reads like it came straight from Marketing Crimethink.
