Still getting the 2MAPI_E_FAILURE

Question

'Im looking for a solution to this problem as I need to send invoices out on a regular basis and am so frustrated with trying to do so. I never had this problem on my Mac and if I could run Sage 50 on my Mac you can bet I would. 

I understand you can't send to a higher clearance but what I would really like is a way to overcome this problem. My default email is Gmail should I change to something other than that. I am not the most tech savvy person so a simple explanation would certainly be appreciated.

Well, this is the wrong forum to post the question. Is this some sort of e-mail problem? Outlook?
