We are facing an situation here, where if an user is mapped to more than one Categories with different permissions i.e. an USER1 whose global permission is "Project Manager" is mapped to "Category 1" with permission as "Project Manager" and "Category 2" with permission as "Team member". The user is getting "Access Denied" Issue when he visits the "Approval Center". When Checked in back-end, he has received only those tasks from the Projects which are included in "Category1".
When we change the permission from "Team Member" to "Project Manager" in "Category 2", it WORK's Fine!!!.
Is this the default behavior, that if a user has been mapped to more than one categories, should have same permissions across the categories?

While setting a permission on a group/security category , If you select neither Allow nor Deny for a permission, the default state is Not Allow. Please see default category & permissions in table:

if a user has been mapped to more than one categories, this is not necessary to should have same permissions across the categories. It might happen that in one category, you want user to access some of the feature but in another one you don't want the access.
