WHS - CradlePoint router - Pantech modem setup

Question

1. I am trying to set up my Windows Home Server.  I have a CradlePoint MBR900 router with a Pantch modem from Verizon (4G), which works well with my network.  I want to add Windows Home Server.

I am getting a persistent message: not able to verify my remote website is available from the internet.  My users have complex passwords, and are set up for remote connection.

Is there a readily available source of information solving this problem, or can you help directly?
