How can I finally complete the project? Project Server 2010

after 100% completion i still see my projects.
"Ёмкость" - capacity, "Доступность" - availability, 40ч - 40hours, "Менеджер проектов" - project manager
my project "АСУ ГТС" ended 16.04.2012, but I still see it in view "Resource Availability" and not only there.
I have about 100 project per year. And all of them weill be displayed in the picture above.
I want to see only active projects.
P.S. Please do not advise me to remove completed proejcts. It's not solution.

ultramaxim --To remove the completed projects from the Details data grid on the Resource Availability page, your Project Server administrator would need to archive the completed projects in the Archive database, and then delete them from the Draft and Reporting databases. I realize that this is not the answer you wanted to hear, however. Hope this helps.Dale A. Howard [MVP]
