I don't believe many of us have upgraded to TFS 2012 yet, but as a starting point you might want to read this blog : http://blogs.msdn.com/b/chrisfie/archive/2012/08/08/team-foundation-server-2012-and-project-server-2010-integration.aspx
Another suggested approach to do so would be to use the Project server 2010 / TFS 2010 VM & upgrade it to TFS 2012 & experience it by yourself, will help in R&D :)
