MSProject 2007 the use of filter to get only a range of free Slack listed in a a column question

Hi,

I am wondering if someone can help me write the command for getting only the tasks that have a free Slacks ranging from e.g. 3 and 7 Days? this Free Slack has already been integrated into the project Plan in a column. I tried to use a formula but did not work. In this column called Free Slacks may contains value variying from Negative values (-) to any Positive numbers.
