Make it manadate to attach/upload documents in a workflow stage in project server 2010

Question

Hi,

We are going to create a new Enterprise Project Type with new workflow. We need to mandate some documents to be attached to the project in certain stage.I would like to get a best approach for this.

I think submitter can upload document in the  the project site document library and a field can be added in the PDP say , 'Uploaded <so and so> document in the project site (yes/No)'. If its (validate in workflow) is yes move to next stage.

Please suggest if there is any good apprach to accomplish this.

Hi Lovely,

You can have the PDP page in Workflow to create a new project & have the document upload functionality. You can validate if the document is uploaded & based on that move to next stage.
