Hi,
I have a product that uses embedded windows xp with 1 GB RAM and has few services running on it. Unfortunately, when the usage is around 700 MB I get virtual memory error and requires a hard reset for it to function correctly which is not affordable.
I have been monitoring few systems and here are the few entries from poolmon that are consuming a lot of memory. I can provide you with more information if needed. Please help me find the reason.

Could someone tell me which processes use CMPa,CMPb,even,FbWf ? These tags are taking almost 100 MB.

May be you are leaking memory in some registry or COM functions... check if you have following policy set, if so uncheck it..
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Group Policy-> Registry policy processing:
- Process even if the Group Policy objects have not changed. If you have any COM application try checking memory leak in that.
My current phone is Windows Phone 7 and my current browser is IE 9. Check IE9 testing center
