generate word document from pre defined template

Question

Hi ,

How i can generate word document from pre defined template using MS open xml 2.0 sdk.
and is there any special way to define the template or to just simple creating the document leaving space to fill by sdk.

Please Provide me reference , code samples and video tutorials.

Also if there are other sdk present , please tell me free ones that are best
