Need a list of msoControlButton IDs for Outlook 2013

Question

We have the list of button IDs for Outlook 2010 that is listed here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=6627

Is there a list available that contains the new buttons that were added in 2013?

No, there isn't update controlIDs published yet.  Let's monitor the Office FluentUI developer center for the update.
