Change outlook caption in new mail form e.g. cc- other user, bcc- hidden users

Question

Hi All,

In one of mine project there is client requirement to change the outlook default caption on new mail form e.g. CC to replace with other user, BCC to replace with Hidden Users and change the name of priorities.

I tried it with creatign custom form in outlook and publish that form, but not able to replace the dafult new mail form with custom form. please help me and how i can create any package or exe to deploy and replace the default form without any manual steps involvement.
