Script to include in a rule that saves messages as .txt in a specified folder

Question

How do I write the msft outlook script to automatically save a message as a .txt file in the location of my choosing? The rule doesn't exist, so I have to write my own script. This is a screenshot of the last thing that I've tried after googling for a while.
