Messaging service provider on Outlook

Hi Everone,

We developed an add-in for Outlook so customers can send SMS through our gateway,

we would like to be listed as Microsoft Messaging service provider as in this list http://messaging.office.microsoft.com/HostingProviders.aspx?src=O14&lc=1033

and provide those Microsoft services: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/microsoft-office-outlook-2007-mobile-service-HA010154997.aspx

I contacted Local partner and customer support and still can not find my way, can any one help me through this.
