How to leave a read message in Microsoft Exchange 2010 as Unread

Question

I have a strange requirement. 

Two of my users are accessing the same MS Exchange mail box. Now in normal case if one user reads the email outlook synchronizes with Exchange and the email is marked as read in the server. 

Hence when the second user opens the mail box it connects to the Exchange server and the mail gets marked red for the second user too. 

How can I make it mark as unread in the server even after either one of the user reads the message. 

An help on this would be useful.
